Let her be
As we will see
How many will she beat.

She’s just a little girl
She’s just a kid
Her anger won’t do you any harm
And her feelings won’t stay long.

She still has so much to learn
So much to see
But she just can’t wait to fly
So let’s just let her go
And watch her touch the ground.

But what you can’t see
And what you can’t hear
Because you are just too blind to see
And too deaf to listen;
Is how she much effort and believes
She puts in herself
And how much she believes that
God does not burden a soul more than it can bear.
Nor did you try to listen
To her tears alone at night
No, it’s not tears of defeat
Nor is it tears of misery
It’s those tears that help her
Again and again
To get up again
And starts to believe again.

She may not have your trust
Nor have she gained your approval
But what you must understand
And what you must comprehend
It’s her own trust that she needed the most
And the approval of her Creator is what she’s seeking for.
